Rules & Cancelations

Cancelations & Late Arrivals

The game clock starts at the appointed hour, so you’ll have less time to play if you’re late! We recommend players arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled game time to allow ample time for check-in. After 10 minutes past the reserved time a group is considered a no-show and their reservation will be canceled. Cancelations less than 24 hours in advance (including no-show) will not be issued a refund. All same-day tickets are final sale. Promotional tickets (including giveaways and special offers) are final sale.

Reservations canceled more than 72 hours in advance will be issued a full refund or credit. Cancelations between 48 and 24 hours in advance will be issued a 50% refund or credit. Cancelations under 24 hours or groups/players that do not show up for their scheduled game will not be issued a refund.

A 5% processing charge is applied to all refunds. There is no processing fee for rescheduled games or ticket vouchers issued as credit.

Special Event deposits are non-refundable.

In the event of a weather emergency: If a blizzard or severe storm warning is issued by the state, or the Tanger Outlets/Foxwoods determines it is necessary to close early due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued to any canceled games. We will contact reservation holders to notify them at our earliest possible opportunity.

If a state of emergency has not been declared or the Tanger Outlets remains open for normal business operations, but a group wishes to cancel due to road safety concerns, a credit will be provided to reschedule the reservation at a later date. To receive a credit voucher you must contact us before the scheduled game time. Groups that do not contact us in advance and do not show up for their reservation will be considered a no-show and will not be issued a refund or credit.

Phone and website bookings are accepted up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time of any game; walk-in bookings are available until 15 minutes prior to start time.
