Rules & Cancelations

Cancelations & Late Arrivals

The game clock starts at the appointed hour, so you’ll have less time to play if you’re late! We recommend players arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled game time to allow ample time for check-in. After 10 minutes past the reserved time a group is considered a “no-show” and their reservation will be canceled. Cancelations less than 24 hours in advance –including no-show– will not be issued a refund.

All purchases, (including but not limited to same-day admission, pre-paid admission (“reservations”), ticket vouchers, and special event deposits) are final sale and cannot be issued a refund. Promotional tickets (including giveaways and special offers) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; if a reservation is canceled any associated promotional tickets or giveaways may not be rescheduled.

Reservations canceled more than 24 hours in advance will be issued an admission voucher to reschedule at a later date (“credit”). Cancelations under 24 hours or groups/players that do not show up for their scheduled game will not be issued a refund or rescheduling credit.

In the rare event a reservation must be canceled by Spellbound Escapes due to unforeseen circumstances a refund may be issued at Management’s discretion.  A 5% processing charge is applied to all refunds. There is no processing fee for rescheduled games or vouchers issued as credit.

In the event of a weather emergency: If a blizzard or severe storm warning is issued by the state, or the Tanger Outlets/Foxwoods determines it is necessary to close early due to inclement weather or other emergencies, credit will be issued to reservation holders for any canceled games. We will contact reservation holders to notify them at our earliest possible opportunity.

If a state of emergency has not been declared or the Tanger Outlets remains open for normal business operations, but a group wishes to cancel due to road safety concerns, a credit will be provided to reschedule the reservation at a later date. To receive a credit voucher you must contact us before the scheduled game time. Groups that do not contact us in advance and do not show up for their reservation will be considered a no-show and will not be issued a refund or credit.
